He can confirm if the piece is still available and answer any questions you may have. You have the option of picking up the piece yourself, or for a nominal charge, the piece will be carefully packaged, insured and shipped to your door.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your artwork, contact Bob directly within 14 days of receipt. He will make every effort to resolve the situation, or , if you are still not satisfied, you may return the piece minus any shipping fees incurred.
For payment of any artwork, we prefer to work through Pay Pal. If you are unable to use Pay Pal, please contact Bob directly to make other arrangements for payment options.
